Happy birthday!

Today is, I believe, the one-year anniversary of the blog. Thanks again to Slid for taking up the slack and keeping new content coming.

The site has had 91,000 visits (not visitors, but visits) over the past year. About 57% of that is repeat traffic. But we still get a lot of new visitors — about 42% are here for the first time.

Most of our traffic continues to come from other sites, and not so much from search engines. The blog is hard to find via search, unless you type in very specific keywords, and I prefer it that way. It helps minimize the chance Junior is going to stumble across it and freak out his parents.

Traffic dropped off noticeably after I stopped updating Cavegirl Combat. But I hope to start posting new updates soon.

Thanks to everyone who has stuck with us to this point.

    Don't think it was lack of update in CaveGirl per-se, but lack of updates in general.
    For instance - are you able to stay up more than 8 hours at a time?
