Big news: a new cohost

I'm pleased to announce that Slid, whose work has appeared at Catfight Central and other adult art sites, has agreed to become cohost of this blog and the curator of my work.

I'm going to step 'way back from the blog for at least awhile to focus on my health, and my intent is to quickly segue to a point where Slid is doing most of the posting.

I'm not going to put constraints on what he does or says. I'm putting my confidence in him to keep sharing my material here as he sees fit. And I'm hoping that he'll look at my archive of unfinished work with a fresh set of eyes, and maybe see some things that I have not. I'm giving him access to everything I've done over the past twenty years.

Bear in mind that he's a lot busier, artistically speaking, than I am, so he may not be posting here as frequently as I was back in September and October when the blog was going full steam ahead. He also has in own blog, BackSlid, which you should check out if you haven't done so already.

The doctors have told me, frankly, that I am not going to recover from my illness. We are only trying to delay the inevitable, and it remains to be seen whether that will be for a matter of years, or mere months.

I deeply appreciate the support you've shown me over the years.

  1. Very sad to hear that about your illness. I hope this is another case of doctors failing their diagnose. I know I've said it a lot of times before, but please, if you think we can help some way... Well, I've said it again.

Big hug for you. And thank you for your generous art.

  2. Extremely sorry to hear this. Now that you've told us, I can only hope conventional medical science (or nonconventional, for that matter) can somehow intervene to give you hope for the better before it's too late. Here's hoping that's soon.
